About Me:

Chloe joined the Legacy Palliative Care team in 2019 and has worked both in the hospital setting and the outpatient clinic. Before joining Legacy, she worked as a hospice social worker, grief counselor, and family therapist. In her palliative care work, Chloe appreciates the opportunity to support patients and their families as they face changes in their health, difficult decisions about their medical care, and the questions, worries, and hopes that can arise when we face serious illness. Chloe particularly enjoys getting to know her patients well, hearing their stories and what makes them who they are. Outside of work, Chloe loves spending time with her children, family, and friends, going for runs with her 75lb rescue dog, reading, writing, and the creative arts. A native of Portland, Chloe can often be found outdoors, gardening, camping, and exploring.
