About Me:

Dr. Richard practices general ophthalmology, caring for patients with cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye. She specializes in advanced no-stitch cataract surgery and does plastic surgery in the eye area. She has been with Oregon Eye Specialists since 2004. A native of North Dakota, Dr. Richard received her M.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Casey Eye Institute, OHSU. She is board certified in ophthalmology, and she sits on the board of the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology and is involved with the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
