About Me:

Crystal is excited to be returning to the Pacific Northwest, where she was born and raised. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Oklahoma City University and spent the last several years practicing Family Medicine in Oklahoma. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include Preventive Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatric care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and partnering with them to achieve their health and wellness goals. Outside of work Crystal enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with her husband, young son, and dog while exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
