About Me:

"I found my way to midwifery through nearly a decade of global health work in Haiti, where I worked alongside midwives and local birth attendants to support collaborative birth education. That experience shaped my commitment to reproductive health and relationship-centered care, which I deepened by training as a doula while completing my nursing degree in Baltimore. I’ve since worked as a labor and delivery nurse in a rural birth center in Vermont, where I also became a lactation counselor, and later in a high-acuity hospital in Portland. I love helping people better understand their bodies and feel confident in making decisions about their care. I value autonomy and feeling heard, and I’m passionate about building trust through respectful, transparent, and collaborative care. Outside of work, you can find me on PNW trails, in my garden, or camping with my partner and our silly dog, Goose."
