About Me:

Erin Lingenfelter, DNP, FNP comes from a family practice background and brings many years of experience caring for patients across all ages and stages of life, with exposure to a wide range of health concerns. She currently practices as a non‑paneled nurse practitioner at Legacy Medical Group Northeast, allowing her to see any established patient of the clinic, for a broad variety of needs. While she does not function as a patient’s assigned primary care provider, Erin places a strong emphasis on patient engagement and helping individuals feel invested in their own healthcare. Shared decision‑making is central to her approach, grounded in the belief that her role is to share knowledge and guidance-not to tell patients what to do. Erin has a special interest in mental health and recognizes its profound impact on overall physical health. Outside of work she enjoys exploring restaurants with friends, staying active outdoors, and spending time with her wife, daughter, and their pets.
