About Me:

Dr. Koschmann is a board-certified family medicine physician with Legacy Medical Group- Mt Angel. She earned her medical degree from Medical College of Ohio, now the University of Toledo Medical School. She completed her Family Medicine residency training through Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. Following residency, she served 4 years in the US Army Medical Corps, attaining a rank of Major. She spent 2 years serving as Team Leader in the Family Medicine Department at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital in Louisiana, followed by 2 years as a Family Medicine residency attending at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Virginia. During her military time, she provided full-spectrum primary care, maternity care, and inpatient medical care for active-duty military members, their families, and military retirees. In her spare time Dr. Koschmann enjoys caring for and riding her horses, gardening, cooking, running, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
