About Me:

Dr. Wong is a native New Yorker. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Columbia University and his medical degree from Cornell University. He did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital. He completed his fellowship in Cardiology at North Shore University Hospital-Long Island Jewish Medical Center. After completing his medical training, he accepted a faculty position at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center where he served as Director of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Wong is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He has a special interest in cardiac imaging and preventive cardiology. Dr. Wong believes the doctor-patient relationship is a true partnership with the ultimate goal of optimizing a patient’s health.
