About Me:

Dr. Jason Baker graduated medical school from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed residency training with Valley Family Medicine in Washington. He is board certified in Family Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health from Portland State University. Dr. Baker delivers care through a team based approach, and seeks to empower patients in their total health journey. He collaborates to develop individualized care plans rooted in evidence based medicine. Dr. Baker recognizes that health is not just physical but also emotional, spiritual, and community well being. He welcomes patients of all backgrounds and experiences to join him in clinic. In his spare time, Dr. Baker enjoys teaching and educating medical students to empower our next generation of healers.

Dr. Baker is wonderful. He asks lots of questions and listens to the answers. He makes sure I have all my questions answered. He explains things in an easy tor understandable way.

This was my first visit with Dr Jason Baker. We have a great first visit, where I received a lot of thought provoking feedback and ideas on how to manage my health. He listened, provided personal experiences to help me better understand, and was very personable. I'm VERY excited about having Dr Baker as my primary doctor.

Dr. Baker is very professional, courteous, and I could tell that he genuinely cares to help people. When meeting Dr. Baker this first time as my new PCP, he entered the room, introduced himself, and was very welcoming with a smile. He makes people feel at ease. He thoroughly addressed my health concerns through his questions and answers. He came up with a very good plan(s) for me to follow-up and do. I am very happy to have Dr. Baker as my new PCP!

Dr Baker is doing a great job for me. I am a bottom line person. I come prepared with issues...he runs through them with me with good analysis and course if action. Too many times in my life, I've had doctor's tell me to do what they say...they are, after all the doctor and have read the textbooks. Dr. Baker gladly explains pros and cons and best course of action.
