About Me:

Jenny Randall is a registered dietitian who completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and dietetic internship at Oregon State University. She joined Legacy Weight & Diabetes Institute in 2023 where she enjoys helping people regain balance with nutrition and revive their joy from eating. She uses an intuitive eating approach and weight neutral lens to inform her work. She considers all the factors that impact the way people feed themselves, such as culture, health conditions, budget, access to resources, stress, etc. She believes that a healthy diet must include a healthy relationship to food and the body and works with folks to improve these relationships. Outside of work, Jenny loves hiking in the glorious nature of Oregon, baking yummy treats and binge watching her favorite YouTube channels.
