About Me:

Jin-Hee Kim, MD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology. She was drawn to urology by a desire to add some gender diversity to the largely male field. Dr. Kim is the only full-time female urologist in the Portland area. Dr. Kim received her undergraduate degree at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, in 1991 and her medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine in 1995. She completed her internship at UCLA in 1996 and completed her residency in urology at UCLA in June of 2002. Dr. Kim enjoys the mix of different patients she sees in her job, and says the combination of office work and surgery is immensely fulfilling. Although she practices general urology and sees the full gamut of urologic patients, a high percentage of her patients are women. Along with the patients she sees, Dr. Kim enjoys the staff she works with at The Urology Clinic.
