About Me:

My practice style is based in manual therapies with a goal towards progressive loading in order to build patients back to the activities that they want or need to do in their lives. I have a special clinical interest in conditions that significantly impact quality of life metrics like headaches, TMJ disorders, and chronic pain in addition to general orthopedic conditions. In my free time, I like to catch up with friends for lunch in a park or a short hike, play with my two cats, and take walks to explore local neighborhoods.
