About Me:

Kindra's aim is to provide safe and compassionate care in a judgement free environment. Pairing evidence-based research with a healthy lifestyle approach, she enjoys helping people implement practical changes into their unique lifestyles to help treat and reverse chronic diseases such as DM1, DM2, Pre-diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, kidney disease, IBS, IBD and cancer. She also specializes in helping individuals navigate specific diets to help with these conditions, such as Gestational Diabetes, Gluten Free, Low FODMAP and Plant Based diet planning. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging with her husband and 2 rescue dogs, trying new restaurants, listening to live music, traveling, hiking, paddle boarding and biking in the dry months and snow shoeing and snowboarding in the winter

Training: She obtained her Master of Science degree in Dietetics, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University, Spokane in 2012 where she completed her 1200 hours of supervised practiced.
Certification: Registered Dietitian certification in 2012 Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist Certification in 2017 Certified Insulin Pump trainer for Tandem, Medtronic and Omni Pod systems.
