About Me:

Kyra received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2014 with an emphasis in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.  In her post-graduate practice, she has become a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics in addition to receiving ongoing education and clinical application in pelvic health rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.  She incorporates manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional programming to assist her patients of all ages in reaching their goals. She has established running, gait analysis, and community-based injury prevention programs and is contributing to the development of inpatient postpartum pelvic rehabilitative care pilot programs here at Legacy.  Kyra is an Oregon native and enjoys trail running, paddleboarding, yoga, snowboarding, playing soccer and taking advantage of all things outdoors in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and daughter.
