About Me:

Kyra received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with an emphasis in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. She incorporates joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, functional movement & postural analysis and therapeutic exercise to assist her patients of all ages in reaching their goals. She has established running, plyometric training, and gait analysis programs, as well as community programs in injury prevention. Kyra is an Oregon native and enjoys trail running, paddle boarding, yoga, snowboarding, playing soccer and taking advantage of the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.
