About Me:

A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Girasa is a behavioral health consultant and team member at the Legacy Pain Management Centers. Dr. Girasa earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. She received her master’s doctorate degrees from Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology and then completed an internship at Community Health of Central Washington where she was trained in the primary care behaviorist model at Central Health Family Medicine, Yakima Pediatrics and Naches Medical Clinic and a post-doctoral position with Legacy Pain Management Centers. Dr. Girasa is a certified pain reprocessing clinician through the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Institute. She is also a yoga teacher and graduated from the virtual 200-hour teacher training program at YogaX at Standford Psychiatry Teacher Training. Outside of work, Dr. Girasa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, body movement, embroidery, caring for her plants, and learning something new every day.
