Patient Rating
Legacy wants every patient to have great care, every time. To help measure and improve patient satisfaction, we send surveys to randomly selected patients after their appointments. We use this feedback from the surveys to improve and enhance the care we offer. It works like this: Real patients give us feedback through Press Ganey, a patient satisfaction survey company. They verify and confirm the results. National Research Corporation, an independent company, provides the technology to show the ratings and comments on our website

Always dealt with respect and dignity. Proceedures explained clearly. Options offered. Dr Mehta actually listens and doesn't just push his own agenda or make you feel he has a list to get through. He has a sense of humour also.

Visit was good though no follow-up. I was told I'd get a phone call regarding next steps and did not. I called [dates removed] and still have not heard back. That is not considerate or responsible or reasonable given he made a commitment to call me.
