About Me:

Meredith Batty offers whole-person care, helping patients feel empowered and in control of their pregnancies, health, and wellness. She enjoys teaching individuals about their health care options so that they can make informed decisions. She has a special interest in supporting the body’s innate ability to manage labor and birth. She particularly loves witnessing the moment when families hold their new baby for the first time. Meredith also likes educating people about pap smears and helping them feel safe and comfortable during the procedure. Originally from the southern coast of Oregon, Meredith earned a bachelor of arts in psychology at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. She completed a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing with an emphasis in nurse midwifery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
