About Me:

Nashila AbdulRahim, DO, MS is a Transplant Nephrologist at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Dr. AbdulRahim received her medical degree in 2008 from the University of North TX Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Nephrology at University of TX Health Science Center at Houston. She practiced as a nephrologist before pursuing her transplant nephrology fellowship at UT Southwestern as the institution's inaugural fellow. Upon completion, she joined the Department of Nephrology as an Assistant Professor and, later on, served as an Interim Medical Director at the institution. She enjoys teaching and her primary research interests are in dual-organ transplantation. Dr. AbdulRahim is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and American Society of Transplantation.
