I felt that the doctor was very attentive and took my comments and made adjustments accordingly within reason. I felt she was very thorough. It was a multiple provider visit: doctor, nurse, pharmacist. They all were very thorough and listened to my words and made adjustments accordingly. Everyone was nice and respectful. They were quick to come in but stayed long enough to assess my case properly. Great people!

I don't feel like I have a good connection with the transplant team, in general. I asked for a new social worker and they did not appear to know this. It's documented in my chart and the nurse said she'd follow up. I also see a different doctor each time so I feel like I am always repeating myself. They were not aware of the difficulties I was having over the past year on dialysis which was frustrating as I let them know. The doctor was very nice but she didn't have all my information.

I really appreciated that they were willing to do a phone visit instead of a video/computer visit as my internet is not very good.

The visit was perfunctory.

The general vibe in the office was muted. The old office and before the pandemic was busy and vibrant with many familiar faces. The office experience now is sterile and cool. No familiar people.
