I found the provider to be very pleasant and patient. She was a good listener and did not give me the impression at all that she had more important things to do than talk with me.

She cares about what her patients have to say. Is very compassionate about the care she provides

It was clear the entire time I have been seen, up through my transplant and discharge from the hospital that the entire team is focused on my health. This is not the typical "fast food" medicine that's pervasive in the industry...."here's a hand full of pills, lose weight." Everyone constantly checked in on me, to see how I was doing, if I needed anything, and were so very helpful. I hope I never need another transplant, but if I do, you've set the bar to measure against!

Loud nurse told me I missed an appointment. Didn't match my text instructions. Otherwise great.

I always have a great experience with all the providers and staff at Legacy.

The Lab check in is usually a mess - lots of transplant patients don't show up as having appointments (even though its lab-clinic).

She is brand new for me. My last one past away and before him, retired. There are so many new faces, so its hard to build a rapport after just one visit.

I was sad to see that most of the staff that I'd been used to seeing was no longer there. But, the new staff is just as friendly & caring.
