About Me:

At the age of 17, Rhonda attended the home birth of her sister into the hands of a midwife. This planted the first seed. She graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies, began working in women’s healthcare and discovered her calling to be a midwife. Rhonda has worked in the field of women’s health even before becoming a midwife. She held both administrative and clinical positions at UCLA School of Medicine GYN/Oncology and at the Revlon UCLA Breast Center. Rhonda obtained her B.S. degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles and worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery. Rhonda then returned to the Pacific Northwest to complete her Master’s in Nurse Midwifery at OHSU. She is passionate about promoting women’s physical and emotional well being throughout their life and feels privileged to help women navigate challenges of pregnancy, striving to help inform and empower them throughout the process.
