Dr. Rigo Hernandez loves watching kids grow, overcome challenges, and discover their strengths. As a physician, he works collaboratively with parents and caregivers to help them make the best decisions for their children. Dr. Hernandez is passionate about addressing health care disparities and improving access to care for marginalized populations. For him, medicine is not just about treating an illness. It’s about building trust within overlooked communities, advocating for those who need support, and building a more equitable health care system. A first-generation Mexican-American, Dr. Hernandez was inspired to enter medicine after witnessing how language barriers, cultural differences, and health care access deeply impacted families in his community.
