Dr Lewis has been my cardiologist for 30 years. She is excellent and her care and advice have helped me make it to 81 after having a major heart attack at 48. I sincerely am grateful for her care.

No discussion of any proposed treatment. I will be scheduled for ECHO and lab tests, and have a followup appt scheduled with MD. That's when we willl discuss need for additional treatment

Dr Lewis was clear in summarizing previous care and expected future care, explaining rationale, inquiring about psycho-social conditions of my life, recognizing pressures I am under, as was as her instructions for future steps for me to take
