Apt schedulers had no knowledge of what they were doing did not understand the importance or urgency of getting an apt. Very frustrating. When asked basic questions about department they worked in they were unable to answer anything.

I appreciate Dr. Do. He listens, asks questions and provides answers in a manner the patient can understand. No doctor speak.
