About Me:

Dr. Tom Warrington emphasizes shared decision-making and patient education in his practice. He believes it's important that his patients understand and engage in their own health and their health care decisions. "Health is built and maintained by the individual," he says. "My job is to provide the tools and understanding for patients to be healthy." Dr. Warrington enjoys caring for patients and developing long-lasting relationships with them. After earning his medical degree from Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota, he completed his internship and residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Warrington is married and has three children. Dr Warrington is accepting patients internal to LMG Northwest at this time.

My first visit with provider. We got on well and exchanged information in friendly fashion. He was also familiar with my records and conditions.

Dr. Warrington is an excellent listener and processed what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt much better after discussing the Regence/ Legacy negotiations with him. I hope that the contract is settled and that I am able to continue working with him.

Dr Warrington is new to the practice and is, therefore, new to me. I am very impressed and believe I am fortunate to have been assigned to this physician. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. He will intersperse humor, as appropriate, and make the appointment seem lighter. I am a retired RN and Dr Warrington seems to respect what knowledge I have as a nurse. I appreciate that he listens to me and gives me more information as needed. I look forward to having Dr Warrington be my physician in the future.

UPON ENTERING THE CLINIC I STOPPED AT THE FRONT DESK. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO BRIEFLY WAS GREAT. THEN I SAW RYAN, A MEDICAL ASSISTANT, WHO WAS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES, AND MADE ME FEEL AT EASE. WHEN DR WARRINGTON CAME INTO MY ROOM, IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF A VERY INCREDIBLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NOT BEEN THIS IMPRESSED WITH MY OWN MEDICAL DOCTOR IN MANY YEARS. DR WARRINGTON IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED MY TWO MAIN CONCERNS, EXPLAINED THINGS SO WELL, AND PUT ME VERY MUCH AT EASE.AND HELPED ME ON THE WAY TO HOW BEST TO HANDLE THEM. I AM SO VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO DR WARRINGTON AS MY NEW PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.

Visit was interrupted by fire alarm going off in building. The entire staff handled it very well. I felt Dr. Warrington was ready to deal with the issue in a most professional manner. After the all clear was announced we returned and completed the appointment. Good job by all...

Dr Warrington is very personable and knowledgeable, who took the time to listen and understand my medical history and current concerns. He was very patient with my misguided approach to one of my problems. I'm very happy to have him as my family practice physician

This was my first visit with Dr. Warrington. My last three doctors left the clinic, which concerned me, but Dr. Warrington was great and quickly gained my trust. I'm glad I was assigned to him.

I became a new patient because my old Doctor moved. I had to wait 6 MONTHS to get the appointment which I believe is an excessive amount of time since my old Doctor was in the same group and my records were accessible. No reflection on Dr. Warrington or the staff as the appointment was made via the My Health app.

He had familiarized himself with my history prior to meeting me with a depth that surprised and delighted me. He covered a lot of territory clearly and concisely. It was an experience akin to talking with a scientist-who is serious about patient care.

Dr Warrington is the best! I followed him from providence. I've been seeing him for many yes. He literally saved my life through my cancer and previous seizures yrs ago. He goes above and beyond for all of his patients

It was my first visit with him as my previous PCP left. He invited me to call him "Tom or Dr. Warrington." It's the first time in my life that has ever happened and I like people who are comfortable with low power distance. He had clearly familiarized himself with my history before we met. He listened attentively and asked good questions. He was professional, efficient, affable. He was confident in his knowledge and also willing to admit the limits of his knowledge and what he didn't know and what he could learn or find out. Overall, five stars. Clone him, please. :=)

Never having seen this doctor, he immediately put me at ease with his friendly manner. He was very easy to talk to about my problem with depression. I never felt any pressure with taking as much time as I needed. He obviously had studied my past medical records so no time was wasted. With his help we set up a plan with appointments with councilors and some lab tests. He offered future appointments just to discuss my problem. I left feeling so much better knowing there was a plan for my improvement. Also, want to commend the staff for quickly realizing the services I needed rather than just a blood test that I requested. I thank all of the people for their kind help!
