About Me:

Dr. Goebel chose Family Practice because of the ability to have diversity in patients, and ability to see a wide variety of diagnoses each day. He enjoys getting to know his patient's life and procedures such as joint injections, auricular acupuncture, and treating chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. While in the Air Force, Dr. Goebel received the Bronze Star with Valor for his service during his time in Afghanistan as a Combat Controller. After his service, he worked in a lab and receive a Biology Award for excellence for research on the effects of heavy metals at the State University of New York. Dr. Goebel also published an article in Neurotoxicology for research in lead exposed drosophila. Dr. Goebel likes to spend his free time participating in archery, playing piano, going to movies and dinner with friends. He also enjoys designing and sewing new clothes, gardening, exercising and time with family.
