About Me:

Dr. Yen-Yi Juo is a general and bariatric surgeon who believes great care begins with listening. He completed his general surgery training at UCLA and fellowship training in minimally invasive bariatric surgery at Duke University, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Juo specializes in minimally invasive hernia repair and complex, revisional bariatric surgery. Board certified in Obesity Medicine, he offers comprehensive weight management care ranging from medical therapies to advanced bariatric and revisional procedures for patients with higher BMI. Dr. Juo’s approach is deeply personal. He does not believe in making everyone meet an arbitrary standard or look a certain way. Instead, he works as a partner: helping each individual pursue better health in a way that aligns with their goals, values, and the life they want to live.
