About Me:

Dr. McWain is a licensed clinical health psychologist and member of the primary care teams at LMG – Camas and LMG – Family Wellness. She received her Doctorate in Clinical (health) Psychology from Pacific University; completing her internship with Kaiser in Denver and post-doctoral residency in the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Dr. McWain strongly believes in the power of integrated care, working closely with primary care providers and other specialists to provide comprehensive, seamless services to patients. She has distinct clinical experience supporting the management of diabetes and other chronic diseases as well as utilizing a health coaching model to support the management of sleep, pain, stress, weight, tobacco and other substance use, and mood disturbances. Originally from New York, Dr. McWain enjoys spending time with her family, especially hiking, camping, kayaking, or simply being outside appreciating the beauty of the PNW.
