Pride 2025 once again brings together the entire Legacy Health system to celebrate the contributions and collective inspirational journey of the LGBTQ+ community. At the center of this always joyous celebration is Legacy’s Pride Employee Resource Group, the largest and oldest of Legacy’s ERGs. This year, the Pride campaign theme, “Pride is Now and Forever,” captures the enduring solidarity of this ERG and Legacy’s commitment to it and the entire LGBTQ+ community.

Several members of the Pride ERG took time to reflect on what the Pride ERG means to them, as well as the importance of the month-long celebration.
