About Legacy Oregon Burn Center

    • Adult and pediatric burn care services
    • Critical, acute and outpatient services provided
    • Admits approximately 400 patients a year from the over 1,500 consult calls received annually
    • Collaborates closely with the trauma, ECMO, cardiovascular, orthopedic, ophthalmology teams and partners directly with providers from the Randall Children’s Hospital on the Legacy Emanuel campus.
    • One of the first burn centers to add laser scar treatment, virtual reality, nitrous oxide and aroma therapy to the standard of care for their burn patients
    • Participates in national and international research to advance the level of evidenced based burn care provided.
